To ensure your time with us is restorative and seamless, we have curated the following guide to help you prepare for your upcoming engagement.
Arrival & Sanctuary Etiquette
We invite you to arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you to transition into our sanctuary, enjoy our curated selection of artisanal teas and fruit infusions, and begin your relaxation in our lounge.
- A Gentle Note on Timing: To preserve the serenity of our schedule, late arrivals may result in a modified treatment duration.
- Younger Guests: To maintain a tranquil environment, spa guests must be at least 16 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
Personalized Care & Preparation
- Skin Health: For your safety, please discontinue the use of Retin-A or Retinols 72 hours prior to any facial or waxing service.
- Wellness Consultation: Please inform your specialist of any medical conditions, such as pregnancy or high blood pressure, or if you are currently using Accutane. This allows us to bespoke your treatment to your specific needs.
- Artistry (Up-Dos): For optimal results with our bridal and formal styling, we kindly ask that you arrive with hair clean and completely dry.
Logistics & Arrival
- Complimentary Parking: Private parking is available behind the salon at both our boutique locations, with additional street-side options nearby.
- Tender & Gratuity: We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. While never expected, gratuities are a gracious gesture and may be extended to your artisan via cash or check.
Reservation Integrity & Cancellations
Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations.
- Extended Engagements: For appointments exceeding two hours, special events, or group bookings, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice.
- Policies: Cancellations made within these windows will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service. Appointments missed without notice (no-shows) will be charged in full.
- Modifying Your Visit: To ensure your request is handled personally, cancellations and modifications are accepted via telephone only.
