Cancellations: For cancellations, we require a 24-hr notice (48 hours for appointments longer than 2 hours), or a fee equal to 50% of the service is charged. We also require a 48 hour notice for special event bookings, multi service appointments or group bookings. Appointments can be cancelled only by phone (prior to 24 hours before).
