A few things to know before your appointment:
Parking: Available behind the salon at both locations. In addition, there is also street parking available.
Spa Etiquette: We highly recommend scheduling your treatments in advance. We ask all clients to arrive 15-30 minutes before their appointment. The extra time will allow you to unwind in our relaxation room, enjoy complimentary teas and fruit infusions, and complete any necessary paperwork. Late arrival may decrease your treatment time. Please Note: Spa guests must be 16 years of age or accompanied by an adult. Please discontinue the use of products containing Retin A or other Retinols ingredients 72 hours’ before a waxing or facial service. Advise your service provider if taking Accutane, have any medical condition or are under a physician’s care such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, or heart conditions as we will customize our services to fit your needs whenever possible.

Form of Payment: We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex. Gratuities: These are appreciated and of course at your discretion. They must be left in cash (or check).
Cancellations: For cancellations, we require a 24-hr notice (48 hours for appointments longer than 2 hours), or a fee equal to 50% of the service is charged. No shows (not showing up for an appointment or not providing any notice of cancellation) will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. We also require a 48 hour notice for special event bookings, multi service appointments or group bookings. Appointments can be cancelled only by phone (prior to 24 hours before). We do not accept cancellations by email or Facebook messenger. *Please note certain services cannot be booked online due to their intricacy and attention to detail needed please call for these services.
