COVID-19 Update and preparation
We are now open for hair services only. We are awaiting guidance on when we may begin offering more services but it will not be before June 8th. There are many things that will be different at your next visit. This list is evolving and may change but these are some of the things we are doing to keep both you and our staff safe:
PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINS EARLY TO YOUR APPT.
Please wait in your car (or outside) and text us when you arrive (we will not have a waiting area inside the salon). We will then text you when we are ready for you!
Clients will be taken one at a time (specifically hair). Your stylist’s next client will not begin until you have exited the building.
Only the person with the appointment will be able to enter the salon/spa (no children unless they have an appointment)
When you arrive, please ENTER through the front door only. EXIT only through the back door.
When you arrive your temperature will be taken with an infrared thermometer.
Please use hand sanitizer immediately upon entering the salon/spa
Please wear a mask that hooks around your ears. If you do not have one we will have them available for a small fee of $1. All service providers will wear a mask and/or face shield.
All surfaces and tools will be cleaned and disinfected between each client. All of our staff has become Barbicide ® certified. This means that our staff has received training and understanding of the proper sanitation and disinfection practices and procedures consistent with the current highest industry standards.
There will be separators between shampoo bowls and pedicure chairs. All hair stations will be 6 feet apart.
If you would like to purchase retail product, one of our staff will get it for you.
We will be suggesting a cashless checkout for the time being. We recommend using Venmo for gratuities. If you must tip using cash, please hand it directly to your service provider and come prepared with exact change
